InLine Cognition is a remote-first AI engineering team with a global reach. We build AI into the way your business already works, so you don't have to tear anything down and start again.
That might be a WhatsApp assistant that answers customers at midnight, an automation that moves orders from one system to another, or a small tool your team ends up using every day. Whatever it is, we design it, build it and look after it.
We're not big on long reports and grand promises. We'd rather pick one real problem, fix it properly, and take it from there.
Questions before you reach out
Do I need a technical team to work with you?
Not at all. We take care of the technical side. You just tell us how things work today and where the time goes.
How long does a project take?
Honestly, it depends on what we're building. A simple automation can be live in a few days. Bigger systems take a few weeks, and full custom software can take a few months. Either way, you'll know the timeline before we start.
What does it cost?
Every business is different, so we'd rather not guess. We'll have a free chat about what you need and then give you a quote. Most projects are a fixed price, and if you want us to keep looking after things afterwards, there's an optional monthly retainer.
Do we have to change the tools we already use?
Not unless it makes sense. Where your current tools do the job, we connect them so they work together: your CRM, payments, WhatsApp and the rest. Where something is holding you back, for example a spreadsheet that has outgrown itself and should become a web app, we'll suggest a better option and explain why. You decide what changes.
What happens to our data?
We only ask for access to the systems and data the project actually needs. If you'd like an NDA in place before you share anything sensitive, we're happy to sign one.
What happens after it goes live?
We don't hand it over and disappear. If you'd like ongoing support, we'll keep an eye on it, improve it and add new automations on a monthly retainer.
